Biju Janata Dal (BJD)'s spokesperson Pratap Keshari Deb elected as state returning officer for party's organizational polls.
The executive body meeting chaired by CM Naveen Patnaik at the party headquarter her on Wednesday, 23 September 2015.
The meeting based on nine proposals including propagation and growth of Odia language and promises made by the party in poll manifesto.

Blue print for the Jan Sampark Padyatra starting from October 2 will also be prepared, said by a party leader.
